Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery, if it’s not quite right then you can:

  • Return the item for a full refund, minus £8 to cover postage cost in delivering the item to you*

  • Exchange the item for an item in our shop of equal or greater value

  • Return the item and reallocate the cost towards the design of a bespoke piece.

Exemptions.

  • Bespoke pieces are created specifically for you and are therefore cannot be returned, we require a 50% deposit once the design is finalised, this is non-refundable as it is used to purchase materials specific to your chosen design.

  • Items must be returned within 10 days, extensions to this for proposals can be discussed in advance and are granted on a case by case basis

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, complete with all original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer returns on earrings.

Ring resizing

  • If you’re unsure of your ring size (or perhaps it’s a gift) we always recommend dropping us an email first for advice before purchasing your ring richard@barber-jewellery.co.uk

  • Any sizing done personally by us that requires adjustment will be resized free of charge

  • We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect sizing by other jewellers or DIY methods, where possible we will try to resize your ring, this will encounter a small charge which based on the time required to resize. Please contact us for details.

Sending your item back to us

We strongly advise that you return items using Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is a tracked & signed for service with appropriate levels of insurance available in line with the value of your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit to us.

*this is based on postage to a UK address, postage may be more for international customers.
