Our ring sizing service
Don’t know your ring size? Don’t worry, we got you.
When adding the ring of your choice to your basket you’ll be prompted to select your ring size, simply select “send me a ring sizer”. Complete your purchase as normal.
We will send a set of blank rings covering all sizes for you to try on, this service is absolutely free. We use 1st class delivery.
Try it on - we offer guidance to help you get the best fit but if you’re unsure we can offer a complimentary video call to support you.
Once we know your size we’ll get working on your ring.
You are welcome to keep the ring sizer kit. To reduce waste, we offer a £15 discount on future orders for any ring sizers that are returned to us.

You may have seen lots of tutorials on Social Media detailing hacks to identify your ring size, e.g. the string technique. We don’t usually recommend these. A very small difference in the measurement can make a big difference in the fit. It’s almost impossible for those without experience to measure with precision and tension required, without trying something on physically you are unlikely to get the correct size. If you’re shopping with us, we want you to love your ring and that starts with a great fit.
